Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience working with individuals facing challenges including being bedbound, Parkinson's Disease, anxiety, depression, and osteoporosis. I am well-versed in providing essential care tasks such as bathing, toileting, assistance with dressing, catheter care, and companionship. To me, caregiving involves not only attending to physical needs but also being a constant source of emotional support.
In my free time, I enjoy engaging in activities that keep me active and mentally stimulated. Going for walks, dancing, playing card games, and solving puzzles are some of my favorite hobbies. Additionally, I love socializing and engaging with others, as building connections and relationships brings immense joy to my life.
Although I do not have a car or the ability to drive, I am more than willing to use public transportation or arrange alternative means to ensure that I can be there for my clients as needed. I am also pet-friendly and have no preferences towards cats, dogs, fish, rabbits, or birds. Creating a caring and friendly atmosphere is essential to me, so you can expect that I will always strive to be helpful and compassionate.
My motivation for pursuing a career in home care stems from my desire to help individuals lead independent lives. I understand the difficulties and challenges that may arise when coping with health issues, but I firmly believe that with the right support, everyone deserves the opportunity to maintain their dignity and autonomy.
